In the event of a disaster such as flood, power outage or storm the risk that food will become difficult to obtain. To care you therefore for a sufficient supply. Your goal must be to survive 10 days without shopping. The solution is your responsibility / Whether and how much you save is a personal decision.
The following overview shows an example of a 10-day basic supply for one person. This corresponds to approx. 2,200 kcal per day and usually covers the total energy requirement. Please consider in your planning of personal preferences, dietary requirements and allergies.
Beverages

Please note that fresh eggs can only be stored for a limited time, whole egg powder, on the other hand, has a shelf life of several years durable.
